Résumé : | A 29-year old patient (gravida 2, para 1) at 34 weeks gestation presented with a history of headache, abdominal pain and swelling of the hands and legs. She was a current smoker and overweight (BMI 29 prior to pregnancy). She had a history of C-section for her first pregnancy two years previously. Her family history was unremarkable. On examination, her BP was 160/10; other vital signs were within normal limits. A urinary dip was performed, followed by urinary analysis which showed albuminuria at 0.29g/L. |
