Résumé : | In this issue, let us try to assess the practical aspects and problems surrounding the implementation of the Newborn Individualized Developmental Care and Assessment Program (NIDCAP). It goes without saying the NIDCAP, which was originally developed in North America, presents huge advantages as regards the newborns’ health, but as Rocío Mosqueda and her Spanish colleagues demonstrate in their insightful research, implementing it needs a lot of thinking beforehand to make the most of it. |
